Japanese cuisine consists of much more than just sushi and is extremely varied. In contrast to South and Southeast Asian cuisine, spices are used very sparingly and the focus is more on the flavour of the products themselves.
In addition to background knowledge about Japanese cuisine, product knowledge about Asian ingredients and where to buy food, this cookery course will also focus on Japanese food culture.
In this cookery course, you will learn everything you need to know about Japanese cuisine from Japanese chef Orawee Inkrungkao and Asian expert Clemens Drdla. They will introduce you to Japanese cuisine and give you lots of tips and tricks.
