In addition to background knowledge about Thai cuisine, product knowledge about Asian ingredients and sources of food, this cookery course will also cover Thai food culture.
In this cookery course, you will learn everything you need to know about Thai cuisine from Thai chef Orawee Inkrungkao and Asian expert Clemens Drdla. They will introduce you to Thai cuisine and give you lots of tips and tricks.
