Asia Expert

As an expert in Asian cuisine, Clemens Drdla draws on his experiences from his childhood in South Korea, his studies of Asian cuisine in Thailand and Japan and his many years of experience as a cookery course instructor.

Table setting: Green curry khanom chin in a bowl, a bowl of cooked rice noodles next to it. Fresh toppings such as chilli, mung bean sprouts and Thai basil next to it. All served on a large, blue ceramic plate on a grey stone plate.

Company courses

Whether it's a Christmas or company party, team building or incentives. Asian cookery courses are suitable for every occasion and are very much in vogue.

How many people take part in a cookery course?
Between 8 and 14 cooking enthusiasts take part in our cookery courses in the ConFusion Studio
Of course, our cookery courses are designed so that all participants cook along. Chef Clemens explains the ingredients and demonstrates the techniques. Afterwards, however, everything is prepared and cooked together so that you can learn as much as possible!

Lunch courses start at 11:00 and finish at 15:30. The evening courses start at 18:00. The planned finish time is 22:30. Of course, courses can finish a few minutes earlier or later and you are welcome to stay for a drink afterwards!

We have some courses that are suitable for vegetarians or are even completely vegetarian. However, some courses are not suitable for vegetarians. You will find a note on the course pages or you can take a look at all vegetarian cookery courses here.
Please let us know when you register so that we can take this into consideration. It is best to let us know again at the start of the course so that we don't forget.
Further courses and seminars are organised in cooperation with Kitchen Skills offered.
