In this workshop, you will learn everything you need to know about kimchi from our Korean chef Eun Ko "Coco". She will introduce you to the art of kimchi and give you lots of tips and tricks.
In this cookery course, you will learn everything you need to know about sushi from Asia expert Clemens Drdla. He learnt the art of sushi in Japan and will introduce you to sushi preparation and give you lots of tips and tricks.
Theory
In the theory section, you will learn the most important facts about kimchi and how it is made
Practice
In the practical part, you can try your hand at fermenting your own kimchi and then take it home with you.
Cooking
In the cooking part, 2 dishes with kimchi are prepared together.

Each course comes with a printed recipe booklet with further information to take away.
