
In addition to background knowledge and the history of soy sauce, we will introduce you to the different types of soy sauce. We explain the differences between them and how to use them correctly in the kitchen, as not every soy sauce is suitable for the same purpose.
With this tasting, we want to give you an understanding of the differences between Japanese soy sauces and show you how different flavour and quality can be. In addition to samples of many different soy sauces, there will also be ponzu and tsuyu to taste.
In this seminar with tasting, you will learn about different types of Japanese soy sauces. Japanese chef Orawee Inkrungkao and Asian expert Clemens Drdla will introduce you to the world of soya sauces.
