Hi, my name is Clemens, I'm a chef and I run all the cookery courses at ConFusion.
I have been influenced by Asian cuisine since my childhood in South Korea. After moving to Vienna, I started to get intensively involved in cooking during my school years - I was particularly interested in Asian cuisine from the very beginning.
My many journeys through Asia, America and Europe have inspired me to develop my own style - the ConFusion style. After my studies at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, I trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Bangkok in Prefessional Thai Cuisine. Further stays abroad took me to France to the École Lenôtre and to Japan where I attended the Tokyo Sushi Academy.
Back in Vienna, I was ready to realise my own vision of creative and authentic Asian cuisine, started my own business in 2012 and founded ConFusion - Asian Cooking. Since then, I have been running cookery courses in which I teach you how to cook Asian food. In addition to Asian cookery courses, I also offer catering and other culinary events. In October I opened the ConFusion Studio in Vienna's 9th district.
