
Pojangmacha are stalls where you can still get something to eat late at night in Korea. The ideal place for a midnight snack after a party or even before the party, or you can simply turn the whole party into a pocha night.
In addition to background knowledge about Korean cuisine, product knowledge about Korean ingredients and sources of food, this cookery course will also cover Korean food culture.
In this workshop, you will learn everything you need to know about Korean tapas or pub cuisine from our Korean chef Eun Ko "Coco". She will introduce you to the art of Korean cuisine and give you lots of tips and tricks.
