Sie sind halb so groß wie „ganze“ Nori-Blätter, sodass sie gleich die perfekte Größe für Temaki, Hosomaki oder Uramaki (California Roll) haben. Die Nori Algen sind von höchster Qualität und wurden traditionell in Japan hergestellt. Nori Algen haben wir auch als geröstete Variante.
