
Deep-fried tofu with braised carrots and wasabi dressing

Ingredients
- 300 g Silken tofu
- 10 g Kewpie Mayo
- 5 g Wasabi powder
- 7 g Korean BBQ powder
- 10 g Rice vinegar
- Flour for breading
- Oil for deep-frying
- Besam for garnish
Instructions
- Cut the tofu into large, coarse cubes, season with salt and carefully flour all sides.
- Heat the oil in a pan and carefully deep-fry the floured tofu.
- Cut the carrots into diamonds. Then fry in a pan with a little oil, season with salt and sprinkle with Korean BBQ powder.
- Stir the rice vinegar and wasabi powder well. Finish the mixture with mayonnaise to taste.
- Arrange the fried tofu and fried carrots in a serving bowl and drizzle with the dressing.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds
