Dieser echte Mirin („Hon Mirin“) wird bei Kokonoe in Japan ausschließlich aus Klebreis, Reis-Koji und Reis-Shochu gebraut – ganz ohne zugesetzten Zucker. Durch die natürliche Süße des fermentierten Reises verleiht er Speisen Glanz, Tiefe und ein harmonisches Aroma.
Ideal für Teriyaki, Sukiyaki, Marinaden oder zum Verfeinern von Reisgerichten.
