Kurkumapulver ist nicht nur für die gelbe Farbe von den meisten Currypulvern verantwortlich, sondern eignet sich auch ideal, um alle grünen Gerichte noch farblich aufzupeppen. Ein grünes Thai-Curry erhält durch eine zusätzliche Prise Kurkuma z.B. eine noch leuchtendere grüne Farbe. Genauso gut funktioniert der Trick natürlich auch mir Erbsensuppe und allem anderen. Weitere Verwendungsmöglichkeiten von Kurkumapulver sind z.B. Kurkuma Latte, Biryani, Khao Mok Gai, Satay Spieße und viele verschiedene Gewürzmischungen.
