Ohne Mörser ist die asiatische Küche nicht vorstellbar. Er wird für vieles benötigt wie die Zubereitung von frischen Currypasten oder einfach, um schnell ein paar Gewürze zu zerstoßen. Der Mörser ersetzt auch jede Pfeffermühle und ermöglich es schnell und einfach immer wieder zwischen unterschiedlichen Pfeffersorten zu wechseln. Ebenso eignet er sich ideal zum Zerstoßen von frischem Knoblauch etc. und ist viel einfach zu reinigen als jede Knoblauchpresse.
