Garam Masala ist eine der wohl bekanntesten indischen Gewürzmischungen und bedeutet übersetzt so viel wie „heißes Gewürz“. Die Mischung besteht daher traditionell aus wärmenden Gewürzen wie Zimt, Gewürznelken, schwarzer Pfeffer oder Cumin. Die Gewürzmischung kann vorher in Fett angeröstet und mitgekocht werden, wird aber meist erst am Ende des Kochens hinzugefügt.
Zutaten (100% Bio): Koriander, schwarzer Pfeffer, Ingwer, Kreuzkümmel, Ceylon Zimt, Gewürznelken, Kardamom (Gewürzmischung).
Contents: 50g oder 180g.
