Mikura Sakekasu – Weißer Reisessig „Gekka“

Feiner japanischer Essig, hergestellt aus gereiftem Sake-Trester („Sakekasu“) und Alkohol, langsam in Holzfässern vergoren. Der Gekka White Vinegar wird aus gereiftem, rotem Sakekasu hergestellt und anschließend schonend entfärbt – so bleibt der milde Geschmack erhalten, während die Farbe klar und transparent ist. Perfekt für Sushi, Dressings, Marinaden, Pickles oder als finishing touch über Tofu, Dumplings und Carpaccio.
