Mikura sushi vinegar - Red rice vinegar for sushi

Dieser Sushiessig ist ein süßer, gewürzter roter Reisessig aus Mie, hergestellt aus gereiftem Sakekasu, Rohzucker und Salz. Dieser „Aka-Su“ (rote Sushi-Essig) wird in Holzfässern fermentiert und entwickelt eine sanfte, abgerundete Säure mit reicher Umami-Note. Ideal für Sushi, Dressings, Saucen und Marinaden. Er verleiht Reis eine dezente rötliche Farbe und einen besonders milden Geschmack.
