Der Akane Red Vinegar besitzt eine warme Bernsteinfarbe, weiches Mundgefühl und eine fein ausbalancierte Säure. Durch die lange Reifung entsteht ein reiches, komplexes Aroma mit Noten von Umami und gereiftem Reis. Perfekt für Sushi, Dressings, Marinaden, Pickles und sogar für hausgemachte Ketchup- oder Tomatensaucen.
