Vejee Masala ist eine speziell für Gemüsegerichte kreierte Gewürzmischung. Eine leichte Schärfe von Chili, Pfeffer und Ingwer kombiniert mit etwas Amchur (saure Mango), Muskat und einer Prise Zimt. Es eignet sich für alle möglichen Gemüsecurrys, Daals, Kürbis- und Kartoffelgerichte, Suppen und vieles mehr.
Ingredients (100% Organic): Kurkuma, Ingwer, Koriander, Cumin, Pfeffer, Amchur, Chili, Muskatnuss, Macis, Zimt, Nelken, Kardamom (Gewürzmischung).
