Luvi Fermente hat es geschafft eine herrliche regionale Fischsauce herzustellen. Produziert am Traunsee werden für die Sauce ausschließlich Fischabschnitte verwendet, wodurch keine Innereien dabei sind. Daher wird für die Fermentation anstatt der fischeigenen Enzyme ein Schimmepilz (Koji) aus Bulgur eingesetzt. Nach der Hauptreife wird die Sauce gepresst, nochmals nachgereift und abgefüllt. Die Fischsauce hat ein sehr feines Aroma und eignet sich auch für Pastagerichte, Salate und vieles mehr.
Ingredients: FISCH (55%), Bulgur-Koji (Bulgur-WEIZEN, Wasser), Salz.
