Dieses Reispapier von Bamboo Tree ist ideal für Sommerrollen, Glücksrollen, Salatrollen etc. Es ist nicht so dünn und zerbrechlich wie Reispapier von vielen anderen Herstellern, aber auch nicht zu dick, sodass es beim Essen unangenehm ist. Es lässt sich notfalls auch für die Zubereitung von Frühlingsrollen verwenden, wobei das Reispapier für Frühlingsrollen sich noch besser zum Frittieren oder Braten eignet, da es noch stabiler ist. Kurz ins Wasser tauchen und nach Belieben füllen.
