Unsere Korean BBQ Mischung eignet sich einerseits hervorragend als BBQ Rub für Chicken Wings, Spareribs oder Pulled Pork, aber auch zur Herstellung von Marinaden und Saucen. Einfach mit Sojasauce, etwas Öl und ein wenig Honig vermischen und fertig ist eine herrliche koreanische Marinade oder Dip-Sauce.
Ingredients: Chili, geräucherter Paprika, SENF, SESAM, Ingwer, Orangenschale, Knoblauch (Gewürzmischung).
Contents: 50g oder 180g.
