Unser Indian BBQ ist von der indischen Straßenküche und über Kohle gegrilltem Fleisch und Gemüse inspiriert. Es passt besonders gut zu Geflügel, Gemüse und Meeresfrüchten wie Garnelen. Angerührt mit etwas Joghurt und ein wenig frischem Knoblauch und Ingwer ergibt es eine schnelle und köstliche BBQ-Marinade.
Ingredients (100% Organic): Chili, Koriander, Kurkuma, Paprika geräuchert, Kreuzkümmel, Ingwer, Knoblauch, Pfeffer, Kardamom, Zimt, Gewürznelken (Gewürzmischung).
