Die klassische Version eines Currypulvers haben wir „British Curry“ getauft, da dieses erst durch die britische Besatzung entstanden ist. Es ist eine milde Mischung mit wenig Chili, die als Standard-Curry für alle möglichen Gerichte verwendet werden kann. Wer es schärfer mag, kann einfach etwas Chili hinzufügen.
Ingredients (100% Organic): Kurkuma, Koriander, Kreuzkümmel, Bockshornklee, Knoblauch, Pfeffer, Chili, Ingwer, Muskatblüte (Gewürzmischung).
