Die kandierte Iyokan-Schale bringt die feinen Aromen der Iyokan-Frucht noch mehr zum Vorschein und verringert die Bitterkeit der Schale. Die kandierten Zitrusschalen können sowohl in der Patisserie als auch in der pikanten Küche eingesetzt oder direkt als Süßigkeit vernascht werden.
