Hand-pressed yuzu juice

Yuzu is a yellow Japanese citrus fruit and is about the size of a tangerine. This unpasteurised and hand-pressed yuzu juice retains the complete aroma of the extraordinary fruit. Yuzu has a very complex and special taste that is difficult to describe and gives dishes that certain something. Like lemon juice, the juice can be used in sweet, but also in spicy dishes, such as sorbet, salad, cocktails, marinades, sauces, dressings or simply with seafood. Compared to conventional lemons, yuzu is much more expensive, but its intense aroma makes the juice much more powerful. The fresh yuzu juice is also available in organic quality.
