Kewpie Japanese Mayonnaise
Japanese mayonnaise goes very well with Sushi, Okonomiyaki or all fried dishes such as Tempura or Kushikatsu. It has more umami flavour than other mayonnaises, which is partly due to the higher egg proportion.
