Yuzu Kosho is a paste made from chilli and the Japanese citrus fruit “Yuzu”. It can be used to refine all kinds of dishes. In Japan it is often used for grilled meat and fish, soups or sashimi. But it also goes well with vegetables, dressings, beef tartar or in combination with mayonnaise. The paste is very intensive and should be dosed carefully.
