Yuzu ist eine japanische Zitrusfrucht und die Chilipaste kann verwendet werden, um alle möglichen Gerichte zu verfeinern. In Japan wird sie unter anderem gerne für gegrilltes Fleisch und Fisch, Suppen oder auch Sashimi verwendet. Yuzu Kosho ist eine sehr intensive Paste und sollte daher vorsichtig dosiert werden.
