Wadaman Organic Black Sesame Oil
The black organic sesame oil from Wadaman is made from black sesame seeds. The sesame oil itself is light in colour like white sesame oil, but unlike white sesame oil, it has an almost smoky aroma. It is extracted gently and only once according to old Japanese tradition, resulting in an extremely high-quality sesame oil. The colour is beautifully bright and clear. The aroma is particularly fine and differs greatly from industrially produced sesame oil. It should be dosed carefully and is suitable for all kinds of dishes, such as salads, sauces, dressings, soups, marinades, etc. The sesame oil is not meant for frying, but for refining!
