Stokes Sweet Chili Sauce
Sweet Chili Sauce ist in der asiatischen Küche fast allgegenwärtig. Sie wird in China, Thailand, Vietnam, Korea etc. für verschiedene Gerichte verwendet. Als Dip passt sie wunderbar zu Frühlingsrollen, Tori Karaage oder allem was gegrillt oder frittiert ist. Aber auch als Marinade eignet sie sich oder um Salaten den letzten Schliff zu geben.
Zutaten: Zucker (46%), Wasser, Branntweinessig, rote Chilis (5%), modifizierte Maisstärke, getrocknete rote Pfefferschoten (2%), rotes Chilipüree (rote Chili, Weißweinessig, Sonnenblumenöl, Meersalz, Stabilisator: Guarkernmehl), Zwiebeln, Meersalz, Tomatenpüree, Knoblauchpulver, Konservierungsmittel: Sorbinsäure.
