Shiso syrup
The taste of this shiso syrup is sweetish, slightly spicy and has a fine cinnamon note. The syrup can be mixed directly with water in a ratio of 1:4 or 1:5, but is also suitable for smoothies, yoghurt or ice cream. It can be mixed with beer or cider or combined with shochu for creative cocktails. In patisserie, it can be used for jellys, ganaches, sorbets or creams and in savoury cuisine it is also ideal in dressings and much more.
