Shiho-no-Shizuku is a natural soy sauce that is not pasteurised after bottling, thus preserving its pure taste. It has an intense umami aroma and a soft, wooden scent. The classical soy sauce goes perfectly well with Sushi and Sahsimi, but of course also with meat and vegetables or wherever soy sauce is needed.
