Organic white pepper
White pepper is made from ripe fruits. They are soaked for one to two weeks so that the husk comes off. They are then dried and can be used as black pepper. Since the aroma of the husk is also lost in this process, white pepper is also considered spicier than black pepper. Like all types of pepper, white pepper should always be freshly ground, as the fine pepper aromas evaporate very quickly and otherwise only the spiciness remains.
