Organic Tamarind Paste
The organic tamarind paste is ideal for many Indian dishes, such as chutneys, curries or daals. It is also used in the Southeast Asian cuisine. For example, in Som Tam, the Thai green papaya salad, in which it provides a fruity acidity and gives the dish that certain something. Tamarind has a sour and sweet taste and is therefore also well suited as a substitute for vinegar or lemon and lime juice for salads, sauces or even drinks.
