Organic long pepper black
Long pepper (Piper Longum) belongs to the true pepper varieties and is thus related to the more familiar black pepper. Long pepper was probably the first pepper in Europe and came to us with Alexander the Great. The pepper impresses above all by its appearance, because it looks like small cones. But the taste is also particularly aromatic. It can be used like black pepper, but is much spicier. It also goes wonderfully with desserts. For the mill, it should be broken beforehand. However, it can also be carefully dosed with a Microplane.
