Organic green cardamom
Green cardamom is considered the true cardamom, but this does not make black cardamom inferior. While green cardamom is used much more in Europe, it is often the black cardamom that is used in Asian cuisines. Green cardamom is excellent with sweet dishes, rice, currys or even in drinks with milk or coffee. The cardamom seeds should be broken open so that the aroma from the small seeds inside can fully develop during cooking.
