The fine grater consists of a stainless steel blade and is ideal for everything that needs to be finely grated. It is particularly suitable for grating citrus peel, whereby only the aromatic part is grated and the bitter white part remains on the fruit. However, this version is also suitable for grating spices such as nutmeg, garlic and ginger. The ergonomic soft-touch handle fits comfortably in the hand, and the rubber foot provides additional grip.
