Organic Tonkatsu Sauce
Tonkatsu sauce is also often called Japanese ketchup, but this is not meant to sound derogatory. In Japan, it is the traditional sauce for the dish tonkatsu. It is a piece of (pork) meat breaded with panko, which is more or less the Japanese version of schnitzel. The sauce has a creamy texture and lies somewhere between ketchup and Worcester sauce in terms of flavour, yet it is also somehow quite different from anything else.
