This nori seaweed has not been grilled at the end of production, so it retains its pure flavour. They are half the size of other Nori, so they are the perfect size for Temaki, Hosomaki or Uramaki (California Roll). The Nori seaweed is of the highest quality and was traditionally produced in Japan. We also have Nori seaweed in a roasted version.
