Bye, bye Käsekrainer, hello Korean BBQ! Grilling Korean style: in the Korean cuisine, beef, pork and chicken are usually prepared directly on small table grills by the guests themselves. The dishes can of course also be prepared at home for example in a pan. The side dish here is not the typical garlic bread, but instead Korean vegetables, sauces and steamed rice. This cooking class inspired by Inkyung’s ideas and skills.
In this cooking class you will learn everything there is to know about Korean BBQ from Korean expert Inkyung. She will introduce you to the art of Korean BBQ and provide you with many tips and tricks. In addition to the background knowledge about Korean BBQ, product information about Asian ingredients and where to buy them and information about the Korean food culture will also be the subject of this cooking class. This class is only taught in English.

The course price is “All Inclusive” and includes not only the ingredients but also matching wines, beer, coffee, tea, soft drinks, a printed recipe booklet and a give-away.
