For the Koftas<\/h4>
350<\/span> g<\/span> Minced meat <\/span> or another meat of your choice<\/span><\/li>
1<\/span> Onion <\/span> chopped<\/span><\/li>
3<\/span> Garlic cloves<\/span> finely chopped<\/span><\/li>
1\/2<\/span> TL<\/span> Turmeric<\/span> Ground<\/span><\/li>
1\/2<\/span> TL<\/span> Coriander powder<\/span><\/li>
1\/2<\/span> TL<\/span> Cumin<\/span><\/li>
2-3<\/span> EL<\/span> Coriander leaves<\/span> chopped<\/span><\/li>
Vegetable oil<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
For the sauce<\/h4>
400<\/span> g<\/span> Canned tomatoes <\/span> chopped<\/span><\/li>
150-200<\/span> g<\/span> Whipped cream or coconut milk<\/span><\/li>
1<\/span> Onion<\/span> chopped<\/span><\/li>
2 <\/span> EL<\/span> Ginger<\/span> Freshly grated<\/span><\/li>
1<\/span> TL<\/span> Turmeric<\/span><\/li>
1<\/span> EL<\/span> Garam Masala<\/span><\/li>

Instructions<\/h3>
For the balls<\/h4>
Mix the meat with all the other ingredients for the koftas. Shape into small balls.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the balls in it. Then set aside<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
For the sauce<\/h4>
Saut\u00e9 the onion and ginger lightly in oil, add the turmeric and garam masala.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
Add the tinned tomatoes and stir well.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
Add the whipped cream\/coconut milk and cook the balls.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
Switch back to a medium heat setting. Cover the saucepan\/pan.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
Turn the balls from time to time and cook for about 10 minutes. <\/span><\/div><\/li>
To serve, take a deep plate and arrange the sauce and koftas on it. Serve with rice or naan.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n
