1<\/span> EL <\/span> White wine vinegar<\/span><\/li>
1<\/span> TL <\/span> Umami powder<\/span><\/li>
1<\/span> TL<\/span> Sansho pepper<\/span><\/li>
1<\/span> TL<\/span> Chilli oil <\/span><\/li>
Salt<\/span><\/li>
Butter<\/span><\/li>
Olive oil<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n
Instructions<\/h3>
Cook and peel the potatoes.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
Finely chop the onion and saut\u00e9 in a pan with butter and olive oil until golden brown.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
Add the peeled potatoes and fry briefly. <\/span><\/div><\/li>
Deglaze with white wine. <\/span><\/div><\/li>
Pour in the coconut milk and stock or dashi. Puree until the desired consistency is reached. <\/span><\/div><\/li>
Season with umami powder and salt.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
Serve in a bowl, garnish with sansho pepper and chilli oil. <\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n
