Instructions<\/h3>
Den Karfiol und den Romanesco halbieren, waschen und abtropfen lassen.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
Die vier Gem\u00fcseh\u00e4lften gro\u00dfz\u00fcgig und gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig mit Salz bestreuen und in \u00d6l marinieren, sodass sie ausgebacken werden k\u00f6nnen. <\/span><\/div><\/li>
Den Ofen vorheizen, dann das Gem\u00fcse bei 180 Grad Umluft circa 40-50 Minuten garen, bis der Romanesco und Karfiol weich sind. <\/span><\/div><\/li>
Vor dem Servieren, das Gew\u00fcrz Panch Phoron in der Pfanne anr\u00f6sten und zum Schluss das Gem\u00fcse garnieren bzw. bestreuen. <\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n
