Fish sauce<\/span> at will<\/span><\/li>
Palm sugar<\/span> at will<\/span><\/li>
1<\/span> Kaffir lime leaves<\/span><\/li>
30<\/span> ml<\/span> Coconut milk<\/span><\/li>
Coriander leaves<\/span> for garnishing<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n
Instructions<\/h3>
Firstly, salt the trout thoroughly from the inside out.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
Then briefly heat the curry paste, coconut milk and palm sugar in a pan until the sugar has dissolved. Tear the kaffir lime leaves or the individual leaf by hand and add to the curry mixture. Then season with fish sauce.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
Pour the finished curry sauce over the trout and spread well over the whole fish.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the fish over a medium heat until it is golden brown on both sides.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
Before serving, drain off the fat and garnish with coriander leaves. <\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n
