Thai dessert with banana in coconut milk - Gluay Buat Chi

Ingredients

  • 2 Baby bananas
  • 500 ml Coconut milk
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 10 Gram Coconut blossom sugar

Instructions

  • Start boiling the coconut milk and reduce it until only half of the coconut milk remains.
  • Flavour with salt and coconut blossom sugar.
  • Cut the baby bananas in half lengthways and steam in the bamboo basket for approx. 10 minutes on a low setting. Then carefully remove.
  • Pour the prepared sauce over the bananas and serve warm.
