Bei diesem Yuzusake handelt es sich um etwas ähnliches wie ein Yuzu-Likör, allerdings mit weniger Alkoholgehalt und noch feiner. Er eignet sich zum Mixen oder auch zum pur Genießen. Am besten schmeckt er gekühlt oder „on the rocks“. Süße, Säure und eine feine Bitternote von den Yuzus sind perfekt ausbalanciert. Unbedingt ausprobieren!
