Diese Reisbandnudeln sind 10mm breit und eignen sich ideal für die Zubereitung von thailändischem Phad Thai oder der vietnamesischen Nudelsuppe Pho Bo bzw. Pho Ga. Die Nudeln können in Wasser gekocht und anschließend für Suppe etc. verwendet werden. Für gebratene Nudeln wie Phad Thai sollten sie aber nur für 30 bis 45 Minuten in Wasser eingelegt und anschließend direkt in der Pfanne gebraten werden.
