What are mochi or daifuku and how do I actually make them? We will answer this and many other questions in our mochi workshop Wakaba Aoyagi. We will not only explain how you can make daifuku yourself at home, but also put this into practice.
Daifuku & product knowledge
Together we will explain the ingredients and recipes and how you can make everything at home in a normal kitchen. Of course, you can also take the homemade daifuku with you afterwards (please bring something to wrap them in).
