Sushi is not just sushi. The art begins with cooking and mixing the rice correctly. Just as important, however, is the right technique for cutting the fish and finally, of course, the moulding.
In addition to background knowledge about Japanese cuisine, product knowledge about Asian ingredients and where to buy food, this cookery course will also focus on Japanese food culture.
In this cookery course, you will learn everything you need to know about sushi from Asia expert Clemens Drdla. He learnt the art of sushi in Japan and will introduce you to sushi preparation and give you lots of tips and tricks.
