Ramen is undoubtedly the best-known Japanese noodle soup. It usually gets its complex flavour full of umami from a stock made from bones, feet and ingredients such as seaweed, shiitake etc. However, not only ramen, but also other Japanese noodles such as udon or somen can be prepared in this way.
In addition to background knowledge about Japanese cuisine, product knowledge about Asian noodle soups and the preparation of stock, tare and toppings, this cookery course will also focus on Japanese food culture.
In this cookery course, you will learn everything you need to know about Japanese ramen from Asian expert Clemens Drdla. He will introduce you to Japanese cuisine and give you lots of tips and tricks.
