Japanese cuisine is not just about sushi, but is extremely varied. In contrast to South Asian cuisine, spices are only used very sparingly. The focus of Japanese cuisine is much more on the quality and flavour of the products.
In addition to background knowledge about Japanese street food, product knowledge about Japanese ingredients and where to buy food, this cookery course will also focus on Japanese food culture.
In this cookery course, you will learn everything you need to know about Japanese street food cuisine from Japanese chef Orawee Inkrungkao and Asian expert Clemens Drdla. They will introduce you to Japanese cuisine and give you lots of tips and tricks.
